Driving Directions to our Natick store
Fabric Place Basement is conveniently located in Natick, MA at the Cloverleaf Center. Other stores in the same shopping plaza include Ethan Allen, Burlington Coat Factory, The Guitar Center and Harbor Freight Tools.
Fabric Place Basement’s plaza and parking lot are adjacent to the Hampton Inn, Natick. Enter into the Hampton Inn entrance for easy access and free parking.
Please note: Fabric Place Basement’s official address is 321 Speen Street, Natick, MA, but if you are using a GPS or getting directions online, use 319 Speen Street (the Hampton Inn address) as your destination. We can’t explain why, but all the satellite directions to 321 Speen Street take you across the street instead of to our store.
Fabric Place Basement is easy to get to from Route 495 or Route 128 (I- 95). Take Route 9 or the Mass Pike to Natick.
From Route 9 Westbound to Natick
From Rte. 128, you’ll be travelling approximately 7.6 miles on MA-9 (Worcester St.) to the Speen Street exit. Going westbound, you know you’re getting close when you pass the exits for Route 27. After passing Rte. 27, Speen Street is the next exit on the right.
Stay in the right lane and look for the sign that says “Speen St. / Mass Pike I-90/ Natick.” Take the exit ramp for Speen St. / Mass Pike/ 30/ Natick.
Bear right onto Speen Street. Pass through the traffic light and then take the immediate slight right into the entrance to the Hampton Inn. You will see Fabric Place Basement straight ahead of you in the Cloverleaf Center shopping plaza.
From Route 9 Eastbound to Natick
Travelling eastbound on MA-9 (Worcester St.), you know you’re getting close when you pass The Natick Business Park and Dick’s Sporting Goods on your right.
Stay right following the sign that says “Speen Street/ Mass Pike/ Natick. Now stay left and take the left ramp ahead under the sign “Speen St. North/ Mass Pike”.
Follow the ramp which puts you onto Speen Street heading north and then stay in the right lane. Go straight through the stoplight and pull into the Hampton Inn parking lot on your right. You will see Fabric Place Basement straight ahead of you in the adjacent Cloverleaf Center shopping plaza.
From the Mass Pike (Route 90) going eastbound or westbound.
Take the Mass Pike (I- 90) to Exit 13. After the toll, stay left following the signs to MA 30E/ Natick.
Merge onto Route 30 E (Cochituate Road), getting in the right lane. Go approx. ¼ mile on Route 30 to a traffic light (Margarita’s Mexican restaurant will be in front of you at the intersection) and take a right onto Speen Street.
Stay on Speen Street for .6 miles, getting in the left lane. You will pass a “Welcome to Natick” sign on your left.
Go through 3 traffic lights, staying in the left-most lane. Ahead you will see a sign for Rte. 9 East, but just before the exit for Route 9, there is a small sign on your left that says “Speen Street North.” Take a sharp left at the “Speen Street North” sign. The street is called Superior Drive on maps, but it is only marked with the “Speen Street North” sign.
Proceed to the traffic light and take a slight left onto Speen St., then pull immediately into the Hampton Inn parking lot on your right. You will see Fabric Place Basement straight ahead of you in the adjacent Cloverleaf Center shopping plaza.
Driving Directions to our Alexandria store
Fabric Place Basement is conveniently located in Alexandria on Route 1 in the Beacon Center. Other stores in the same shopping plaza include Lowe’s Giant, Party Depot, Homegoods and Marshalls. Target is located on the same side of Route 1 directly across Southgate Drive.
We are located at the side of the center around the corner from Panera Bread and next to Merchants Tire & Auto. Our front door faces Southgate Drive.
From the North (and West)
From 495 (The Capitol Beltway) take exit 177A to US 1 toward Fort Belvoir. After 2.6 miles take a right onto Southgate Drive and the second left into Beacon Center.
From The South
Take Route 1 North, take a left onto Southgate Drive (just past Famous Dave’s), and the second left into Beacon Center.
